I agree to everything you worte about Mata Plus (Mata Minus-) I also thought and believed their new systme would work well. No it hasn't at all! Here is my report to the complaint Department for whatever good that does.

MATA Plus Monday, March 4, 2002

Venecia says bus will be at school at 1:30. I wait till 1:50 to call when the bus does not show. I w3s put ion hold for nearly 15 minutes. I call back to ask to Venecia again then Denver tells me it will be 2:30. Since I have to wait till 2:30 so I go work. Then it shows up at 2:16 and she Lynn says the manifest does say 1:30 she just read it wrong.

Left Message on Brenda’s machine that I want to speak with her personally. (2:50 pm)

Where are these people who take our complaints and what do they do with them? Since this is the only service handi cap people have for transporationt, they take advantage of us. Actions speak louder thatn words so ACT!
