Nearly every time I ride and am given my open pickup times, at least one of them will change. Tonight (1/8/02) was the latest. I was told that Glenda had given me a 10:46AM for a stated 10:30 when reservations were made for tomorrow pickup for tomorrow. I thought the computer was supposed to be setting the times, not Glenda.
