Friday, January 04, at around 10:30 I called the MATA complaint line and the phone rang more than 250 times before anyone answered it. After waiting 4 minutes the ringing would stop and a busy signal started. I called back 6 times, that is more than 20 minutes of ringing before someone took my complaint.
I complained that they didn't answer the complaint line.
